Every Pretty Little Liars fan knows Lucy Hale (Aria) is the gorgeous and talented star of the show. Many also know some of the other basic facts about her career, like that she starred on Privileged beforePLL, and that she was on American Juniorswhen she was younger.

But lets delve deeper, shall we? Here are five fun facts about Lucy that you may not have known.

1. Lucy isn’t her first name. Lucy’s full name is Karen Lucille Hale. Crazy!
2. She was a straight A student.But guess what? Shehated school. She was also home schooled in high school.
3. She’s never had a “normal” job. Lucy’slucky: She’s been so successful in showbiz from such an early age, that she’s never had another kind of job.
4. She auditioned for Twilight … twice! Lucy auditioned to play both Alice (Ashley Greene’s character) and Jane (Dakota Fanning’s character) in the Twilight movies. It’s hard to imagine anyone turning Lucy down, but it all worked out for the best, because now she’s on PLL!
5. She hates flying. Being a cool actress who gets to travel all over might actually be hard for Lucy, because she hates flying in planes.
